Ever feel stuck because your goals feel too big or you don’t know where to start? You’re not alone—it’s easy to get overwhelmed and avoid taking action when things feel all-or-nothing.
✨ Follow these 3 simple steps to take action:

1️⃣ Write down something you’ve been avoiding or a challenge you’re facing.
Ex: “I want to work out more” or “I want to move more, but I’m too busy.”

TIP: Instead of writing something broad like “work out more,” break it into a specific goal:
  • Go for a 10min walk.
  • Take a 15min yoga class.
  • ​Stretch for 5min before bed.

2️⃣ Reframe that into an actionable question.
“How can I adjust my schedule to go for a 10min walk today?”


3️⃣ Produce ideas and solutions to your question.
“I’ll walk for 10min before lunch.”

“I’ll stretch for 5min after a Zoom call.”
​“I’ll go for a 15min walk after dinner.”
